Membership of the Ladies' Guild

Download a membership application form as a Word document or as a pdf.

With a downloaded Word document, please edit it with your details and save it as your own file, then send this file to the National Secretary or to any District secretary (the form on the website itself is a master document and cannot be edited directly). 

If a paper document is more convenient, you can download the pdf, print it out and fill it in. Then you can photo or scan the result and send that to the National Secretary, or give the completed form to any District Secretary.

Membership subscriptions are managed via the online membership service MemberMojo. We normally suggest that new members contact their district secretary initially, using the Ladies Guild membership application form above. You will then be directed to join our MemberMojo group so you can manage subscription payments, contact details and also select which newsletters and other communications you wish to receive.

Use of MemberMojo is new to us in 2026 and, as a temporary measure, actual payment of subscriptions is via bank transfer or via cash to a District secretary. Full details provided on the MemberMojo page.
